HardLine Bars are constructed of 4130 alloy tubing with a wall thickness of .065″. Our “Classic” bar has an added 1” exterior cross tube with a wall thickness of .058″, with the standard 7/8” tubing (for Grips) inside. The 1” tubing stops 5 1/2” short on each end to allow the grips to be installed. This gives the bar added strength and also makes a more uniform appearance to the cross bar. Our bars are constructed in Texas and are powder coated in a bunch of different colors.
Don’t be fooled by other manufacturers who use a thinner wall steel, for maximum strength and durability, use only a HardLine Bar!
HardLine xPegs
**NEW for 2011** We have upgraded our pegs once again for even better performance. Our pegs are now threaded deeper for more strength and include 3 different axle bolts for and easier fit on a wider variety of decks and forks. HardLine xPegs are the toughest pegs on the market and will outlast other brands!
HardLine xPegs are made out of T6061 solid aluminum (not aluminum tube) 2” long x 7/8” diameter with ½” taper on end to fit most all forks and decks. Comes with 3 different lengths of 8mm grade 8 socket head axles, 1 flat washer, and four (two per axle) wave lock washers. This will allow you use our pegs on almost all fork/deck combinations with the included hardware.
SOLID ALUMINUM, machined and threaded. These are the toughest pegs available!!!

The easiest way to change the look of your scooter without spray paint! Our bar wraps are made of tough weatherproof vinyl (not paper) . Measured to fit the vertical bar perfectly on most aftermarket bars 1 1/4″ in diameter. The standard size is 22″ long. Includes 2 HardLine stickers.
